Strategic Growth Director

Sharon currently serves as VPG’s Strategic Growth Director. In this role, she utilizes her proven leadership and strategies to marshal VPG’s leaders to align and achieve a greater vision. She enriches VPG’s leaders on matters such as board development, succession planning, fund-raising, and leadership development. Sharon works with the team to craft a company culture and vision where team members are developed and empowered. Sharon aids VPG in innovating beyond the cutting edge of its expertise, and its clients’ expectations are consistently exceeded.Sharon provides substantial value to VPG’s client-partners, stemming from her experience starting and growing a successful non-profit herself. Her proven expertise in working with executive teams in the private sector and nonprofit Boards, as well as fostering a sense of community, makes Sharon well-equipped to serve our board’s needs, and empower VPG team members to do the same. Sharon’s focus on developing results-driven teams makes her a great asset to both VPG and all of our client-partners.
